I. Get in touch

First step is to get in touch and send me a message. I will tell you about availability, packages and other information that is good to know. Sending me a message and asking for availability and packages doesn't not commit you to book the shoot! So don't ever hesitate to reach out!

II. Pick the package

After hearing about your wedding I will suggest you a package. You can naturally pick a package by yourself, but I'm more than ready to help you to find the perfect coverage for your day. Documentary wedding photography packages are between 8-12 hours and sometimes they are even up to 14 hours. Not always the longest package is the best, so I'm happy to find you a good option. For a non-season there is also an option for 6 hour package. Send me a message and I will let you know about everything!

III. reserve the date

When we know our date and package we are ready to officially book the date! It's very exciting moment to truly make it real. We will sign a contract and I will send the invoice for 10% reservation fee. After signing the contract and finalizing the reservation fee the booking is official. If you have any questions about the reservation, cancellation or re-booking please let me know!

IV. Plan the day

Now is the time to get very excited! Let's plan the day. I love to have the official wedding photography meeting only a 1-3 weeks before the wedding to be able to truly go through every detail of the day. Then we go through everything, find a spot for wedding portraits and I give information that helps to organize the group photos and other photography schedules. Besides having the official meeting really close to a wedding we can be in touch a lot earlier. Usually it's good to know some parts of the schedule earlier so we either send messages or we can have a second short meeting about 3-6 months before the wedding to go through the larger plans! I'm available for the full time and always ready to help or give you my ideas!

V. Enjoy the wedding

It's the wedding day! I will document one of your most important days of your life. I'm honored to be part of those moments. In portraits and group photos I will guide you and give you the instructions. During the morning, ceremony and reception I will document everything from the side. Pretty much trying to be as one of the quests and be as close to your emotions as possible. When we come to a point where photographing time is coming to an end I will let you know and thank for a day. But if you are having second thoughts or the schedule is running a little bit late you can always expand the package also on a wedding day! I will not leave before your most meaningful moments are being captured.

Vi. Open the image gallery

As soon as the next day I will send you a Sneak Peek -gallery to have the first photos of your beautiful day. You can share them with friends, family and quests or you can already update your Instagram with a new post! In 4-6 weeks after the wedding you will receive full large wedding gallery that is collecting the full day of emotions of your wedding. The gallery is available for 6 months and you can share it with your close ones! The invoice will be send after the wedding. Now you have an image gallery you can go back for the rest your life!

II. confirm the package, date and booking

After hearing your wishes and ideas for the shoot I will suggest you a package that could fit for you. We can either take that or modify it if needed. After we know the perfect package and date we can officially book the shoot! We will sign a photography contract and I will send you a reservation invoice fee to your email. III. Plan the shoot

It's time to plan the shoot! I will ask you what theme would you like to have in your photos and then I suggest a plan that could be perfect for you. The deeper conversation about planning we can do either through an online meeting or just through messages. Which one works best for you! During the planning I will also make sure we have a right location, timing and I also help to find the right style for clothing if needed. There truly is no question you couldn't ask while planning! I'm happy to help and plan a couple shoot that suits 100% you!

IV. Experience the photographing

The best part! Or maybe the second best part if you take receiving the images as well into account. (hehe) We will meet in a location we picked in a meeting or by messages. From the very first seconds I will guide and give you the instructions so you can truly be yourself and enjoy the moment. I will guide you, but I will guide you with a way that still keeps your personality and gestures the same. To truly memorize your authentic emotions and true passion between you two.

V. Open the image gallery

In a 3-4 weeks after the shoot you receive a message telling your full image gallery is ready. You will be able to open the gallery that is collecting all of your beautiful memories and authentic emotions. You can either share gallery the link with your friends and family or you can even do an Instagram post of you new images! The gallery link will be available for 6 months and the invoice will be delivered after the shoot. Now you a personal and meaningful photos that will tell a story for the full time of your life!
